By placing an order or booking a service with The Honey Butter Co., you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Orders — Boards, Bites & Blooms
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Submitting an order request does not guarantee fulfillment. We will follow up within 24 hours (Tuesday–Saturday) to confirm your order and provide payment details.
- Payment: Full payment is required to confirm all product orders (Boards, Lunch, Blooms).
- Lead time: Blooms require a minimum 48-hour lead time. Rush orders are available for an additional $20.
- Delivery: Delivery is available within Greater Baton Rouge and Zachary. A delivery fee applies.
- Cancellations: Orders cancelled more than 48 hours before the fulfillment date will receive a full refund. Orders cancelled within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Catering & Appetizer Services
Cold and hot appetizer services require on-site preparation and plating.
- Minimum: All appetizer services require a minimum of 15 guests.
- Events: Available for private social events only.
- Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
- Balance: The remaining 50% is due on the day of the event.
- On-site service: On-site service fees apply — up to 2 hours (+$75) or 2–4 hours (+$150).
- Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a refund of the remaining balance only. The deposit is non-refundable.
Hosting Services
- Hosting Consultation ($75): Payment required at booking. Non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled session.
- Hosting Hotline ($35/session): Payment required at booking. Available Tuesday–Saturday, 9am–6pm.
- In-Home Hosting Support & Full Package: A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of service. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event forfeit the deposit.
Homemaking Services
- All homemaking services are custom quoted based on scope.
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion of service.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service forfeit the deposit.
Floral Services
- Custom floral services (Hosting Florals, Tablescape Florals, Event Floral Package) are quoted per event.
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your date.
- The remaining balance is due 48 hours before delivery or setup.
- Floral arrangements are seasonal and subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute similar florals of equal or greater value.
Lunch Delivery
- Lunch delivery is available Tuesday–Friday within Greater Baton Rouge and Zachary.
- Orders must be placed by 10am for same-day delivery.
- Group orders of 5 or more boxes from the same address are $14/box.
Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
Our food is prepared in a home kitchen that may contain common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, and shellfish. Please notify us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of ordering. While we will make every effort to accommodate your needs, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Limitation of Liability
The Honey Butter Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
